Steps:

In a 1000 mL reactor,Add 200mL of water,Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 11.8 g (0.068 mol),Compound I 76.3 g (0.1 mol),Turn on the agitation,Warming up to 25 ° C,After stirring evenly,Start slowly adding an aqueous solution of Chloroethanol (9.66 g (0.12 mol) and 100 ml of water).At the same time, 34.2 g (0.059 mol) of 30 wt% dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution was added dropwise.Control the pH of the reaction system at 12-13,The addition of 6h is completed.The reaction was kept for 30 hours. After cooling to room temperature, it was neutralized with dilute hydrochloric acid, filtered, and the filtrate was desalted by anionic cation exchange resin (same as in Example 1). The filtrate was concentrated and recrystallized three times with water to obtain 79 g of Ioversol, HPLC ≥ 99.5%, yield 98%. .
