The 250 mL three-neck round bottom flask was dried, connected to a spherical condenser tube, a constant pressure funnel and a gas guiding device, and then vacuum-replaced with nitrogen three times, while the hot air gun was baked to remove the attached water vapor.Under a nitrogen atmosphere, 9.3 g (0.22 mol) of CaH2, 0.38 g (0.01 mol) of lithium aluminum hydride, and 35 mL of diethylene glycol dimethyl ether solvent were added to the reaction flask.23.0 g (0.2 mol) of MeSiHCl 2 was added to a constant pressure funnel and slowly added dropwise to the reaction flask under magnetic stirring.After the completion of the dropwise addition, the mixture was heated to 50 ° C for 7 h, and 9.1 g of MeSiH 3 was collected in a liquid nitrogen cold trap, and the yield was close to 100%.
