Yield:22596-62-9 18 g

Reaction Conditions:

in dichloromethane at 0 - 20; for 8.5 h;

Steps:

1.1

2-Phenyl-1-propylamine hydrochloride (20 g, 0.118 mol, a compound A1) was dissolved in distilled water (20 mL), sodium hydroxide solution (5.6 g, 0.140 mol) was added, and the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 30 min. In the process, a yellow oil was formed, which was extracted with ethyl acetate (100 mL*3). The organic layer was separated, washed with water (100mL*2), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate (ie a compound A2).It was dissolved in dichloromethane (80 mL), added to a 250 mL round bottom flask, placed in a low temperature reaction tank, and acetic anhydride (12.8 mL, 0.135 mol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (30 mL), and the temperature was slowly dropped at 0 °C. The mixture was added to a round bottom flask. After the completion of the dropwise addition, the reaction was stirred for 30 min, and the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 8 h. After the reaction was completed by TLC, the reaction was stopped.Dichloromethane (70 mL) and 2% NaOH solution (100 mL) were added to the reaction mixture for 10 min. The organic layer was separated, washed with water (100 mL*2), dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate Yellow oily liquid 18.0 g, yield: 86.9%.
