Add 200 ml of methyl tertiary ether and obtain an organic phase under stirring. When the temperature was lowered to 0°C, a product was precipitated, and the nicotinamide riboside salt was obtained by separating and drying under reduced pressure with a yield of 95.6% and a quantitative purity of 93.8% by HPLC.
