Add 2933Kg of sodium hydroxide solution with a mass concentration of 12% (352Kg of sodium hydroxide dissolved in 2581Kg of water) into the hydrolysis kettle, and then add 630Kg of p-chloronitrobenzene to the melting kettle and melt into the hydrolysis kettle; heat to 160° C At ,the pressure in the pot is 0.6 MPa, and then continue the reaction for 6 hours. The end of the reaction is sampled. After the reaction, the hydrolysate is cooled to 40° C , suction filtered, and centrifuged to obtain sodium p-nitrophenolate containing four crystal waters. The test data of the performance indicators of the prepared color of sodium p-nitrophenolate containing four crystal waters are shown in Table 1.
