Place a stirrer, reflux cooler, thermometer and 2 dropping funnels on a 500 ml flask,Fill with nitrogen, add 67 grams of trimethylolpropane, heat to 90°C, keep warm, keep stirring,150 grams of 40% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and 88 grams of 3-chloropropene were added dropwise to the flask.Use two different funnels to drip at the same time.The sodium hydroxide aqueous solution was dripped in 2 hours, and the chloropropene was dripped in 3 hours.When the reaction reaches the end, undissolved sodium chloride makes the solution turbid,Add water to dissolve and let stand, separate the organic layer and the water layer, and analyze the result of the organic layer by gas chromatography.The organic layer is subjected to vacuum distillation to obtain a product with a purity of more than 99%, and the light component is recycled for the next reaction.
