Reaction Conditions:

Stage #1: hydrogenchloride;palladiumwith aqua regia at 80;
Stage #2: triphenylphosphine in ethanol at 70;
Stage #3: in ethanol at 70; for 1 h;Temperature;Solvent;

Steps:

1.1-1.3; 2.1-2.3; 3.1-3.3; 4.1-4.3

The first step: Dissolve 100.0g palladium powder in 500mL aqua regia at 80°C, then add 500mL hydrochloric acid to remove nitrate while it is hot, add ethanol and water mixed solution to dilute to 1800mL after cooling; the concentration of hydrochloric acid for nitrate removal is 12N, The concentration of ethanol is 80%; Step 2: Dissolve 600.0g of triphenylphosphine in 3500mL of absolute ethanol under stirring, and heat to 70°C until it dissolves to obtain an ethanol solution of triphenylphosphine; The third step: Under the condition of rapid stirring, the reaction liquid prepared in the first step is added dropwise to the ethanol solution of triphenylphosphine prepared in the second step, and the reaction is stirred for 1.0h at a temperature of 70°C, and the reaction is completed After that, it was cooled, filtered, washed, drained, and dried in vacuum to obtain 659.56 g of the target product with a yield of 100% and a product purity of 98.6%. The vacuum drying temperature is 70°C, and the drying time is 6.0h.
