Uses

Margarine is a product whose consistency and application are similar to those of butter. it is made by emulsifying vegetable oils with milk, followed by crystallization and kneading. vegetable oils or mixtures of vegetable oils and animal fat may be used. it contains not less than 80% fat and is also termed oleomargarine. it is used as a spread and as a source of fat for baked goods and desserts.
