Uses

Spelt Flour is obtained from spelt grain which is in the wheat family. It has a nutty flavor, high protein and high nutritional profile. Being similar to whole wheat flour, Spelt flour can be used as a substitute. The gluten breaks down fairly easily so over mixing should be controlled. It is used in bread, cookies, pasta, and crackers.
