Uses

Chloro[(di(1-adamantyl)-N-butylphosphine)-2-(2-aminobiphenyl)]palladium(II) is a Buchwald′s second generation catalyst that can be used as a palladium source for the coupling of potassium 1-(benzyloxy)alkyltrifluoroborates with aryl and heteroaryl chlorides via Suzuki-Miyaura reaction to yield protected secondary alcohols.
