ニオキシム 化学特性,用途語,生産方法

外観

白色～褐色, 結晶～粉末

溶解性

水に難溶, エタノール, ジオキサンに可溶。水に溶ける。

用途

分析用試薬。(1) pH3.0～7.0においてニッケルと反応して赤色沈殿をつくるのでニッケルの重量分析に用いられる。鉄(II)、銅(II)とは可溶性の錯体を作る。(2) pH0.7～3.0においてパラジウムと反応して黄色沈殿をつくるので、パラジウムの重量分析に用いられる。金(I)とも沈殿を作る。

使用

1,2-Cyclohexanedione dioxime acts as a chelating ligand forming complexes with many transition metal ions like Co, Fe and Ni. It is used in photometric detection of metal ions.

純化方法

Crystallise Nioxime from alcohol/water and dry it in a vacuum at 40o. Also 2.5g of oxime have been recrystallised from 550mL of H2O using Fe free Norit. It forms complexes with Ni and Pd. [Hach et al. Org Synth 32 35 1952.] [Beilstein 7 IV 1982.]
