Biological Functions
ZLc002, a putative small-molecule inhibitor of nNOS interaction with NOS1AP, suppresses inflammatory nociception and chemotherapy-induced neuropathic pain and synergizes with paclitaxel to reduce tumor cell viability. It could disrupt binding between nNOS and NOS1AP using ex-vivo, in vitro, and purified recombinant systems. In vitro, ZLc002 reduced coimmunoprecipitation of full-length NOS1AP and nNOS in cultured neurons and HEK293T cells co-expressing full-length nNOS and NOS1AP[1].ZLc002 준비 용품 및 원자재
