The maleimide group of the Azido-PEG3-Maleimide can react with a thiol group to form a covalent bond, enabling the connection of biomolecule with a thiol. Azide group enables Click Chemsitry reactions. | | Biological Activity | Azido-PEG3-maleimide is a PROTAC linker belonging to the PEG class, which can be used to synthesize PROTAC molecules. Azido-PEG3-maleimide is also a cleavable ADC linker containing 3-unit PEG, which can be used to synthesize antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). | | in vitro | PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein.
