6.01.03 1 -(4-methoxy-pyridin-2-yl)-piperazine 46 mg 2-chloro-4-methoxy-pyridine and 277 mg piperazine in 2 mL n-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone were stirred 45 min at 140°C and 30 min. at 200°C under microwave conditions. The rection was diluted with water and purified by HPLC to give 10 mg desired product.
