28.85g (167.69mmol) of Intermediate 16-12 and 48.68g (201.23mmol) of Intermediate 16-13 were dissolved in 300ml of toluene, and then Pd(PPh3) 49.69g (8.38mmol) was added, followed by refluxing for 24 hours and stirred. After confirming the completion of the reaction, the solvent was distilled off. After the column, 25.97 g of the intermediate 16-14 was obtained in a yield of 91%.
