The off-white solid (4.24g, 3-formamide tetrahydrofuran 0.035mol) obtained in step (1) was dissolved in xylene (50mL), and titanium tetrachloride (7.7mL, 0.07 mol), after the dropping, stir at room temperature for 10 minutes, then heat to 50°C and stir for 60 minutes. After the reaction is over, wash with 20 mL of water three times. After separating the organic phase, distill under reduced pressure to collect 3.22 g of light yellow oily liquid, which is 3 -Cyanotetrahydrofuran, purity 89%, yield 84%
