To the solvent dichloromethane (350g), 3-oxetanol (74g) and catalyst N-tert-butylbenzenesulfinamide (2g) were respectively addedand 1,8-diazabicyclo (155g),Place in a water bath at room temperature, add N-chlorosuccinimide (135 g) in batches, control the temperature at 20-25 °C, and stir the reaction for 1 h after the addition, and follow up to the end of the reaction. Filter to remove salt, recover the solvent dichloromethane at normal pressure, and then rectify under reduced pressure to obtain 67 g of 3-oxetanone, the yield of which is 93%.
