Steps:

1.2 Synthesis of compound B16:

B15 (200 mg, 0.7 mmol) was added to a 50 mL reaction vial, and 8.5 mL of DCM and trifluoroacetic anhydride (8.5 mL, 61 mmol) were added. Stir at room temperature (25°C) for 1 h, after confirming the completion of the reaction by TLC, add saturated sodium bicarbonate solution to quench the reaction, DCM (20mL×3) was extracted, the organic phase was washed with saturated brine (30mL×1), dried over anhydrous Na₂SO₄, filtered and concentrated, and purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain red liquid compound B16 (100mg), yield: 76 %.
