To the 50 mL reaction flask, p-fluoronitrobenzene (7.06 mg, 0.05 mmol), pinacolate (22.86 mg, 0.09mmol), copper chloride (0.6811%, 10% * 0.05mmol) (3.98mg, 20% * 0.05 mmol), cesium carbonate (6.52 mg, 40% * 0.05 mmo 1). The reaction temperature was 45 ° C, reaction time was 15h, the resulting dark brown solution was dissolved in water and extracted with ethyl acetate.
