Octahydroquinoline-4 (1H)-one (500 mg, 3.3 mmol) was added to THF (10 mL), and sodium borohydride (250 mg, 6.6 mmol) was added at 0 °C for 2 hours. Add 40 mL of water and ethyl acetate to extract.The organic phase is concentrated to give the title compound(496 mg, yield: 96.8%).
