In a 10mL reaction flask equipped with a magnet, add 4-cyanopyridine (0.2mmol), Cs2CO3 (0.4mmol) and 4CzIPN (0.01mmol). It was then vacuum backfilled three times with nitrogen, and anhydrous DMSO (2 mL), 2-(p-fluoroanilino)-2-oxoacetic acid (0.5 mmol) were added. Under a nitrogen atmosphere, irradiate with a 10W blue LED lamp (wavelength 405nm) and stir at 25°C for 12h. After the reaction was completed, it was quenched with water (5 mL), and then extracted with ethyl acetate (3×5 mL). The organic layers were combined and dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. Purify by silica gel column chromatography to obtain an oily liquid. The yield of the target product was 76% based on the molar weight of 4-cyanopyridine as 100%.
