Steps:
General procedure for the synthesis of acetamidesulfonamides (4a-c)
General procedure: The procedure is simply grinding of 1 mmol acetamidesulfonyl chlorides (3a-c) with an amine (1 mmol) in a mortarin the presence of NaHCO3(0.5 g) at room temperature in theabsence of any solvent. The reaction was controlled by TLC.After completion of the reaction the water was added (25 ml) and stirred for 15 min. Then the mixture was filtered and dried.The products were obtained in 85-95% yields with high purityand used in the next step without any purification.
