Description
Allyl alcohol is widely used as a precursor to many specialized compounds such as allyl glycidyl ether, allyl diglycidyl carbonate, allyl methacrylate, flame-resistant materials, drying oils and plasticizers. It is used as a raw material for the synthesis of glycerol, glycidyl ethers, esters and amines.
