Steps:
14.1 (1) 3 - (2 - chlorine animal pen oxygen radical) benzaldehyde preparation
The 3 - hydroxybenzaldehyde (0.50 g, 4 . 06 mmol) dissolved in 8 mLDMF in, adding 2 - chlorine animal pen bromine (1.00 g, 4 . 87 mmol), potassium carbonate (0.84 g, 6 . 08 mmol), 80 °C reaction 3 hours, adding 15 ml distilled water, extracted with ethyl acetate twice (2 × 20 ml), then saturated sodium chloride solution for washing 1 time, dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. Concentrated, column chromatography, eluting agent is petroleum ether: ethyl acetate=3:1, to obtain white solid 0.77 g, yield 76.6%
