Use
(1R)-(+)-ALPHA-PINENE is Clear colourless liquid (1R)-(+)-ALPHA-PINENE is isomerised by heat, acids and certain solvents. It should be distilled under reduced pressure under nitrogen and stored in the dark. It has been purified via the nitrosochloride [Waterman et al. Recl Trav Chim, Pays-Bas 48 1191 1929].
