Description

GSK2881078 is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). It induces AR-mediated transcriptional activation in PC3(AR)2 cells (EC50 = 3.99 nM), an effect that can be inhibited by the non-steroidal AR antagonist bicalutamide .
