Use
Uridine is a pyrimidine nucleoside, that consists of uracil and ribose, and forms a part of RNA that is not necessary for endogenous synthesis of nucleic acids, though it plays an important role in the synthesis of glycogen. Further, it has been suggested that uridine has an action that causes vascular muscle constriction (Macdonald et al., 1987).
