Description
Ghrelin is an endogenous ligand for the growth hormone (GH) secretagogue receptor (GHSR). Ibutamoren is an orally-active, non-peptidic agonist of GHSR (Kd = 0.4 nM) and, as a result, is a GH secretagogue.
