Description
Thioridazine is a conventional, or typical, antipsychotic drug that potently activates several neuroreceptors, including serotonin (Kis = 10, 60, and 57 nM for 5-HT2A, 5-HT2C, and 5-HT6, respectively), dopamine D2 (Ki = 11 nM), and adrenergic α1A (Ki = 5 nM) receptors.
