Description
The epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptors EGFR (ErbB1) and human EGFR2 (HER2, ErbB2) are receptor tyrosine kinases that are often over-expressed in cancer. Lapatinib is a potent and selective dual inhibitor of EGFR and HER2 (IC50s = 19 and 3 nM, respectively).
