Description

Dibenzyl azodicarboxylate was used as electrophilic reagent in the synthesis ofC-glycosyl α-amino acids via proline-catalyzed α-amination ofC-glycosylalkyl aldehydes. It was used in enantioselective synthesis of optically active pyrazolidine derivatives.
